Production
Every print is custom-made when you order it. Allow 2–3 weeks for printing, framing (if chosen) and finishing before your order is sent. If it’s going to take longer, you’ll hear about it.
Delivery
Orders ship within Australia only, with tracking. Postage is shown at checkout before you pay. Unframed 12×8″ prints travel flat in a rigid mailer, and larger ones rolled in a sturdy tube, by Australia Post. Framed prints are boxed with corner protection and sent by courier. Each framed print is its own parcel, so postage is charged per frame; extra unframed prints share a tube for a small added cost. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, longer for regional areas and Tasmania.
If something’s not right
If your print arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered (the wrong image, size, paper or frame), contact Wolf within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the print and the packaging. You’ll get your choice of a free replacement or a full refund, including postage. Please keep the packaging until it’s sorted. If a parcel is lost in transit, it will be replaced or refunded in full.
Changing your mind
You can cancel for a full refund until your print is sent for production, which is at least 24 hours after you order. Because each print is then made especially for you, change-of-mind returns can’t be accepted after that. If you’re unhappy for any other reason, get in touch anyway and Wolf will do his best to find a fair solution.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of being approved.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from purchase and the expiry date is shown on the card. They can be used across more than one order, can’t be exchanged for cash, and can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if unused. If a code is lost, get in touch with the recipient’s name and the purchase date.
Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
